This page provides direct access to the RFA and Forms required for submission of Regional IPM Center Special Projects (IPM Seed and IPM Capstone Projects) proposals to the Southern Region IPM Center.

PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. THEY HAVE CHANGED FROM LAST YEAR.

This year, we require electronic submission. Because signatures are still required by USDA/CSREES, you must also submit a single, signed printed copy. For the electronic submission, you will need to do the following:
  1. Register as an individual with the SRIPMC projects/proposal system
    (once registered, you will receive a login and password that you will use to submit your proposal(s))
  2. Logon securely and enter proposal title, abstract and co-PI information
  3. Download instructions and Parts 1 to 6 below
  4. Prepare each proposal in 6 parts
  5. Convert each part to pdf and upload to system (this can be done in separate internet sessions)
  6. Obtain normal university signatures on a printed copy of the full proposal
  7. Let the system know that your electronic proposal is complete
  8. Mail the signed proposal copy as indicated in the RFA
