Hartz to relabel and cancel flea and tick drops

Posted 6.30.05 - Hartz Mountain Corp. has agreed to cancel uses of many of their flea and tick products. The products may be associated with several adverse reactions in cats and kittens, including death. Hartz will first relabel the flea and tick products to include a warning. Cancellation of production and distribution will follow by the year’s end.
