Response: Steve, I sent this label out to the same folks I sent the Pyrethrin label to and have yet to receive a single response on it. I note that on both this and the Pyrethrin label information request that there was a turnaround time of about 9 days in the middle of December, and this includes a weekend. Many follks here took off for the holidays after the first week of December. At least at Clemson, those workers who have a lot of time in the system often have a lot of use-or-lose annual leave at the end of the year and there are many folks who take off almost the entire month of December. If they see requests for information after deadlines have passed they are not likely to respond. I have also been told repeatedly that there is a lot of burnout on the information requests being made of commodity workers. They get lots of requests from lots of areas and several have said they have yet to see anything positive come from anything they have provided. It is a tough case to argue. I myself cannot tell them what has worked in the past, only what may happen if everyone does not take the time to provide information requested. Bob Bellinger Clemson
